DEALER SERVICE
WE ANALYZE DEALS BEFORE YOU WALK AWAY FROM THEM
Our Deal Rescue service captures revenue from contracts your F&I office is ready to discard. We never interfere with active files. Once a deal is released to us, our team audits every detail valuation, LTV, and lender feedback to determine whether another legitimate path to approval may exist. We help you pivot or restructure the deal giving the dealership another opportunity to recover business before the transaction is written off.
YOU HANDLE THE ACTIVE FLOW. WE TAKE A SECOND LOOK AT THE FILES YOUR TEAM IS READY TO RELEASE.
“You may be right—the deal may be done. That’s why our Deal Rescue review is free. Give me the transaction you’re already prepared to walk away from. If I can’t find another legitimate path, you owe us nothing.”
— Tyrone Jackson, Dealer Services

LENDER STRATEGY
COULD ANOTHER LENDING RESOURCE HELP YOU CAPTURE MORE DEALS?
Sometimes the problem isn't the deal. It's the fit between the customers you're attracting and the lending resources currently available to your dealership.
Every dealership attracts a different customer profile. As WJI reviews released transactions, we can begin identifying patterns in the deals that aren't getting done — including credit profiles, vehicle types, advances, LTV ranges, income situations and other recurring challenges. That gives us an opportunity to look beyond one declined transaction and ask a bigger question:
DOES YOUR CURRENT LENDER MIX MATCH THE CUSTOMERS WALKING THROUGH YOUR DOOR?
The objective is a stronger lending bench — not more lenders for the sake of having more lenders.
Willis Jackson Insurance is not a lender and does not make credit decisions or guarantee lender enrollment, financing or approval. Lending relationships, program eligibility and credit decisions remain subject to each lender's requirements.
FUNDING & STIP SUPPORT
AN APPROVAL ISN'T FINISHED UNTIL THE DEAL FUNDS.
Some transactions don't need another approval. They need someone to identify what's holding up the funding process and help move the deal toward completion.
Approved customers aren't funded contracts. If a deliverable structure is present and a lender has provided a commitment, the transaction should fund. When a transaction becomes stuck, it is usually due to a specific stipulation, missing documentation, or a breakdown in communication.
WJI Funding & Stip Rescue provides a dedicated resource to review stuck transactions, resolve outstanding requirements, and help move the transaction toward funding.
WJI provides another set of eyes and additional follow-through when an otherwise viable transaction becomes stuck between approval and funding.
FUNDING / STIP RESCUE: $99
The $99 Funding / Stip Rescue service is separate from Deal Rescue pricing. Service availability and scope depend on dealership authorization, lender requirements and the circumstances of the transaction.
WJI does not waive, alter or circumvent lender stipulations, verification requirements or funding conditions. All documentation and information provided must be accurate and satisfy the applicable lender's requirements.
VEHICLE PROTECTION
MORE OPTIONS WITHOUT REPLACING WHAT ALREADY WORKS.
Already have a vehicle service contract provider? That's okay.
WJI doesn't believe a dealership should replace a productive provider relationship simply because we walked through the door. Instead, we look at your current vehicle protection strategy, inventory and customer needs to determine whether an additional option could help fill a gap.
YOUR CURRENT PROVIDER DOESN'T HAVE TO LOSE FOR WJI TO ADD VALUE.
The right dealer partnership isn't about forcing every transaction into one product. It's about having the right resources available when your team needs them.
Available programs, eligibility, coverage, terms and pricing vary by provider, vehicle and program requirements.
F&I SUPPORT
SUPPORT THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING THE DEAL DONE.
WJI is designed to work alongside your F&I department — not compete with it.
F&I managers juggle deal structure, lender relationships, product presentation, profitability, stipulations, and difficult approvals. WJI provides another resource when additional support, a second perspective, or focused deal analysis could help.
WJI ISN'T HERE TO TAKE YOUR F&I MANAGER'S CHAIR. WE'RE HERE TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER RESOURCE.
Your F&I department remains in control of active transactions. WJI becomes involved when the dealership requests support or releases an opportunity for additional review.

MONTHLY PARTNER REPORTING
IF WE'RE ADDING VALUE, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE IT.
WJI Dealer Partners can receive a monthly performance summary designed to show what happened to the opportunities your dealership released to us.
We believe the value of a professional partnership should be measured by transparency and performance. WJI tracks key performance indicators across the lifecycle of every released transaction to ensure you have a clear view of the impact on your dealership’s bottom line. The monthly performance summary provides an executive-level overview of rescue activity, funding support, and identified gaps.
WE DON'T JUST WANT TO TELL YOU WJI IS HELPING. WE WANT TO SHOW YOU.
Monthly reporting gives dealership leadership an opportunity to review the relationship, identify recurring patterns and determine where WJI should focus next.
Over time, individual Deal Rescue cases can become useful operational insight.
ONE QUESTION FOR YOUR DEALERSHIP
HOW MANY CUSTOMERS LEFT YOUR DEALERSHIP LAST MONTH BECAUSE YOU COULDN'T FIND A FINANCING STRUCTURE THAT WORKED?
Not every declined transaction can or should be rescued. But what happens to the ones that might have had another legitimate path?
WHAT WOULD RECOVERING JUST ONE OR TWO OF THOSE TRANSACTIONS EACH MONTH BE WORTH TO YOUR DEALERSHIP?
That's the opportunity WJI is built to explore. Your F&I team works the transaction first. If they've exhausted the path they intend to pursue, release it to WJI. We'll take the second look. If we don't produce a qualifying rescue result, the Deal Rescue review costs you $0. If we identify a legitimate path that produces a qualifying rescued approval, WJI earns $149. If that rescued transaction ultimately contracts and funds, an additional $100 applies. MAXIMUM DEAL RESCUE FEE: $249
DON'T REPLACE YOUR F&I PROCESS. GIVE THE DEALS YOU'RE ABOUT TO LOSE ONE MORE PLACE TO GO.
You don't have to change the lenders that are working. You don't have to replace your current vehicle protection provider. And WJI doesn't need to interfere with transactions your F&I department is still actively working. Start with the opportunities you're already prepared to walk away from.
